Plot

Immersed in the pulsating heart of Los Angeles, Liberty Wallace, a significant figure in McCloud Industries, America's colossal gun manufacturing empire, lives a life wreathed in lethal ironies. Unperturbed by her role in the arms business, she oversees marketing as Vice President, while also being the founder's daughter and the wife of the company's ruthlessly ambitious CEO, Victor Wallace. Amidst the underbelly of international arms trafficking led by her war-hero husband, Liberty clandestinely indulges in an affair with actor Russell Williams. The equilibrium of her life is shattered when an enigmatic sniper, Joe, ensnares her in a nerve-wracking standoff in a bustling Los Angeles park. Armed with a high-powered rifle and a chilling resolve, Joe commands Liberty to handcuff herself to a hot dog vendor's cart, rigged with enough explosives to level a city block. Simultaneously, Russell is trapped in his dressing room, held hostage by a ticking time bomb. Any hint of non-compliance or call for help from Liberty would trigger an apocalyptic explosion. Haunted by the tragic loss of his daughter to a firearm incident, Joe seeks to expose the grim realities of the weapon industry that Liberty has long turned a blind eye to. The weapon that stole his daughter's life was a product of McCloud Industries, sold illicitly by street dealers, a consequence of Victor's clandestine dealings. Now, Joe is determined to make Liberty confront the horrific consequences of her family's business and ignite a public discourse on the Second Amendment. Victor, entangled in his own secret affair, grapples with a torturous dilemma when he discovers Liberty's predicament. His choices are stark: adhere to the cold-blooded company protocol, which dictates self-preservation even at the cost of his wife's life, or risk everything to save her. As the clock ticks down, Liberty is compelled to face the harrowing truth and dark secrets of her past and her business. Joe promises her a violent end but offers her a chance at redemption - she could die a hero if she uncovers the company's shadowy operations and political machinations. As Joe manipulates and documents her every move, Liberty is thrown into a high-stakes game of survival, truth, and redemption, where the stakes are as explosive as the bombs that bind her.
