Plot

In the heart of Vikhroli's bustling chawls, young Arjun navigates a life of hardship with his widowed mother, her dreams of a respectable railway job for him clashing with his own ambitions. Simultaneously immersed in college life and the companionship of his friend, Chabia, Arjun finds himself drawn to the enchanting Salma, his fellow collegian. His attraction to her is so potent, he finds himself enrolling in acting classes, not for the craft, but to be within her captivating orbit. Yet, Arjun's life takes a dramatic turn, marred by accusations of harassment and a spiraling descent into a desperate quest for money. Chabia's ambitious plan to seek greener pastures in Dubai beckons him, but it demands a high price - borrowing money from his already burdened mother. As the turmoil in Arjun's life escalates, the tension between India and Pakistan ominously builds in the background. With his mother's loan hanging in the balance, Arjun is thrust into the throes of accusation and betrayal when Chabia's brother, Sudhakar, targets him as a thief. The movie intricately weaves the personal trials of an ordinary man against the backdrop of a nation on the brink of war, creating a poignant and gripping narrative.
