In the dry, dusty heart of Bannock, a town caught in the shadow of the relentless desert sun, a simple celebration spirals into a tragic misfortune. A band of weary, drunken cattlemen, loyal to the powerful land baron Vincent Bronson, unknowingly unleash a stray bullet that claims the life of an innocent elderly man. Unaware of the deadly consequence of their reckless revelry, they retreat to the sanctuary of Sabbath, their home town under Bronson's iron grip.
