Nancy, a headstrong and pampered child of privilege, finds herself thrust into the disciplined confines of the Physical Education College, an institution renowned for its stringent rules and commitment to nurturing athletic prodigies. Despite the earnest efforts of her cousin Ken, Nancy's adjustment to this austere environment is far from smooth. Driven by an infatuation for the dashing captain Tom, Nancy abandons her beloved volleyball and throws herself into the world of Kung Fu, joining the college team.
