In the desolate town of Wallingham, nestled in the year 2018, a gloomy ten-year high school reunion is on the horizon. With the town on the brink of oblivion as metropolitan developers encroach, only a handful of brave thrill-seekers remain, lured by the chilling ghost stories that echo through the hollow corridors of the town's forsaken high school. Their curiosity awakens an ancient curse when a forgotten mascot costume of the Wallingham Warthog is discovered and worn, triggering a horrifying resurrection of the monstrous mascot.
Sabrina Swanson, the reunion organizer, finds her event plans dashed as the town's lone hotel ceases operation. Convincing her former classmates Margo and Ronnie to relocate the event to their old high school, what initially seems like a sensible solution descends into a nightmarish ordeal. The monstrous warthog embarks on a brutal rampage through the school's dusty halls, leaving a trail of carnage in its wake.
Sabrina's fondness for high school is well known - a time she still holds dear. But there's one thing she cherishes even more – her relentless rivalry with Rosario Stewart. Tasked with organizing the reunion, Sabrina sees an opportunity to outshine Rosario once and for all by hosting the most memorable reunion ever. The sudden appearance of the Warthog Monster, however, throws a wrench into her carefully laid plans.
In a desperate attempt to preserve her reputation and keep the party alive, Sabrina initially chooses to ignore the bloodthirsty beast. But her silence only amplifies the chaos, as the beast feasts on the former party girl turned religious zealot and skewers the beloved wheelchair-bound teacher. Left with no other choice, Sabrina and Rosario form a fragile alliance to defeat the monstrous menace. Their survival - and the fate of the few remaining survivors - hinges on their ability to keep this tenuous truce intact and put an end to the Warthog Monster's reign of terror.
