Kandahar (2010)

In the tumultuous year of 1995, a Russian transport aircraft IL-76, veiled under the guise of delivering humanitarian aid to war-torn Afghanistan from Albania, is compelled to land under the scrutiny of interceptors at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. This seemingly ordinary aircraft is, in reality, a clandestine carrier of ammunition. Aboard are five Russian aviators: the aircraft commander, copilot, flight engineer, navigator, and radio operator. Their lives take a dire turn as they are seized by the unforgiving Taliban.
