In the midst of a city where corruption taints the very essence of justice, we find Mathimaran (Sivakarthikeyan), an earnest constable within the crime division. Chafing under the inept and safe tactics employed by his superior (Prabhu), he yearns for a chance to wield his law enforcement duty with integrity and vigor.
