In the cinematic universe of "Judas Kiss," the lines of reality blur for washed-up filmmaker, Zachary Wells. Persuaded by his charismatic best friend and successful director Topher, Zach reluctantly takes on the mantle of judge at their alma mater's annual film festival. The plot thickens when Zach's fleeting amorous encounter with a student, ironically steps into the interview room the following morning. The student introduces himself as Danny Reyes, a mirror to Zach's own past identity during his school days. The uncanny parallels don't end there; Danny's film, "Judas Kiss," is not only a finalist but also bears an eerie resemblance to Zach's own award-winning film of the same name from his student years. As confusion ensues, Zach finds himself in the crosshairs of a cryptic, chain-smoking campus guide who advises him to alter Danny's past to reshape his own future. Puzzled yet intrigued, Zach conceives a plan: he will alter his own destiny by disqualifying Danny from the competition, thus steering him away from the path that led to Zach's own downfall. But the question remains, will Zach's attempt to manipulate fate succeed or will it backfire, adding another twist to this intriguing tale?
