Plot

In the heart of New York, Marc, a charming rogue, perilously entangles himself with the wife of a formidable mob boss. This dalliance sets him on a treacherous path, leading him to seek refuge in the French Riviera's sun-kissed allure. Unbeknownst to him, the vengeful mobster dispatches his criminal underlings to France, their mission clear: return with Marc's head. Following a daring escape from a kidnapping attempt, penniless Marc stumbles upon a humble mission for the destitute, his only place of refuge. It's here that fate introduces him to the enigmatic widow Barbara and her alluring niece and housemaid, Melinda. Touched by his plight, Barbara extends an offer he can't refuse: to serve as her personal chauffeur, exchanging his services for sanctuary within her imposing Gothic mansion, a fortress reminiscent of a bygone era. While Marc naively assumes Barbara's intentions are for nocturnal companionship, he finds himself caught in a tangled web of seduction as Melinda develops an infatuation for him. Amidst the brewing romantic storm, Marc's curiosity propels him to unravel the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of Barbara's late husband. His investigation uncovers a chilling secret, a revelation that places him in the crosshairs of an insidious threat. Simultaneously, Marc's former criminal associates, guided by their thirst for revenge, close in on his Riviera hideout. Now, ensnared in a world of luxury, deceit, and impending danger, Marc must navigate this labyrinth of intrigue. His past and present collide as he battles to preserve his future, leaving viewers on the edge of their seat questioning: What will Marc do next?
