Jill Rips (2000)

Ex-boxer turned San Francisco debt collector, Matt Sorenson (Dolph Lundgren), finds his life irrevocably transformed after the savage murder of his high-powered younger brother, Michael. Propelled by grief and an insatiable thirst for justice, Sorenson ventures deep into the underbelly of politics, business subterfuge, and casual liaisons. Discarding the police and media's presumption of a female prostitute as the murderer, Sorenson's suspicions land on the devious city mogul, Jim Conway. As men begin to fall victim to a similarly gruesome fate, Sorenson's pursuit of truth spirals into an obsessive quest, blurring the lines between justice and vigilantism.
