Plot

In the chilling winter of 1888, the city of London is cast under the grim shadow of Jack the Ripper's terrifying murder spree. As the city trembles in fear, Scotland Yard's Inspector O'Neill is offered a glimmer of hope when his old comrade, Sam Lowry, a seasoned detective from New York City, arrives to lend a hand. Lowry, while entangling himself in the web of the Ripper's case, finds himself irresistibly drawn to the vibrant Anne Ford, a woman who dares to defy the conventions of her time. However, her guardian, the enigmatic Dr. Tranter, doesn't seem to share the same sentiment. Intriguingly, he appears to be conspicuously absent whenever the Ripper claims a new victim. With the city's patience wearing thin and the citizens teetering on the brink of taking justice into their own hands, the police find themselves in a race against time. As they inch closer to unmasking the killer, the chilling dance of death continues, casting a pall of dread over London.
