In the heart of Mumbai's underworld thrives Munnabhai (Sanjay Dutt), a feared yet benevolent don with an iron fist and a heart of gold. His life takes an unexpected turn when he crosses paths with the charismatic Komal (Aishwarya Rai). Her beauty ensnares him, stirring a consuming affection that transforms his world, making her the face he sees in every corner, every moment of his life. Baffled by the radical change in their boss, Munnabhai's men approach the renowned Doctor Rastogi (Amitabh Bachchan). The doctor, upon encountering this unusual case, diagnoses it as a love virus and prescribes a simple remedy - win the lady's heart.
