On a chilling Halloween night, a trio of youngsters - two boys and a girl - execute a daring diamond heist. Their victory, however, is short-lived as the girl suffers a fatal gunshot wound during their escape. Desperate and on the run, they turn not to a hospital, but to a private physician (Jeremy London) known to one of the boys, whose practice resides quietly within his own home.
As they infiltrate the doctor's residence with stealth and caution, the situation spirals out of control when the doctor insists the girl requires an ambulance to survive. When his co-worker reaches for the phone, fear and desperation ignite. The boys reveal their hidden firearms, transforming the peaceful household into a tense hostage situation.
Stricken with terror, the doctor and his family are forced to navigate this precarious situation. The boys, now their captors, demand that the doctor save the girl, or they all risk losing their lives. The once serene house now stands besieged, a ticking time bomb of life and death decisions.
