El Mariachia is a hitman as revered as he is feared, known especially for his trademark of clever guns and explosives hidden within musical equipment. But he's about to face his biggest threat yet: an attempted coup of the Mexican government. He's lured out of retirement by Agent Sands of the CIA, but he knows that he can't trust the angle of the sinister gringo federale. To win, he won't just have to face down the fearsome Barillo cartel. He'll also have to square off against a military general who has his heart set on the seat of national power.
