In the chilling tale of 'House of the Witchdoctor,' a tranquil weekend getaway transforms into a grim nightmare. Leslie Van Hooten, a stunning young woman, and her unsuspecting graduate companions journey to her family's grand yet secluded estate. As they prepare to commemorate the anniversary of her boyfriend's brutal demise, her parents, Peter and Irene Van Hooten, portrayed by acclaimed actors Bill Moseley and Leslie Easterbrook, leave them to their privacy. Unbeknownst to them, a storm of horror is about to descend. Their peaceful retreat is shattered when they cross paths with Cliff Rifton, a psychotic career criminal freshly released from prison, and his drug-addicted accomplice, Buzz Schenk. Hell-bent on a ghastly killing spree, they infiltrate the estate, turning the sanctuary into a house of horrors. However, the killers soon discover that they are not the only predators lurking within the mansion's shadowy corners. As the body count starts to rise, the arrival of some peculiar neighborhood figures, Rose and Emmett, portrayed by Dyanne Thorne and Howard Maurer, introduces a sinister twist. The Van Hooten residence, it turns out, is a stronghold for a mysterious cult leader, and the hunters quickly become the hunted. With the once serene estate now transformed into a deadly trap, the chilling echoes of unheard screams reverberate through the halls, and it seems that the only true escape from the 'House of the Witchdoctor' lies in the cold embrace of death.
