House IV (1992)

In the wake of a heated disagreement, Roger Cobb (William Katt) along with his brother, new wife, and young daughter, resolve to hold onto their eerie family home, a dwelling shrouded in whispers of the supernatural. Their resolve is put to test when a sudden tragedy strikes. On a seemingly ordinary journey back to town, Roger falls victim to a fatal car accident, leaving his family bereft and alone. In the aftermath of this shattering incident, the bereaved family makes the unsettling decision to move into the haunted Cobb residence. Within the shadowy confines of the old house, the widow and her young daughter find themselves subject to a series of chilling, inexplicable encounters. As they grapple with their new reality, they must also face the mounting pressure to sell the Cobb estate to an enigmatic group harboring a keen interest in their home. Haunted by both the living and the dead, the Cobb family is drawn into a spine-chilling maelstrom of the paranormal. Their bravery, love, and determination are stretched to the limit as they strive to unravel the mysteries cloaking their ancestral home, all while wrestling with the eerie specter of their recent loss.
