In the hallowed halls of an average American high school, Vernon Potts (Pat Cardi), a socially awkward brainiac, toils over his latest scientific experiment. His guinea pig, the docile Mr. Mumps, becomes the subject of a revolutionary chemical concoction destined to morph him from a tranquil pet into a voracious beast. Suffering under the relentless bullying from his peers and the high school authorities, Vernon's frustration reaches a boiling point. In a chilling act of retribution, he embarks on a murderous rampage, systematically eliminating each tormentor who ever belittled him. His targets include the domineering Gym Coach, the arrogant School Jock, the sinister Janitor known as Mr. Griggs, and his scornful teacher, Ms. Grindstaff. In a twist of fate, Vernon captures the heart of the jock's girlfriend, offering him a brief taste of triumph. However, the victory is fleeting as his own chemical creation turns against him.
