Innerspace (1987)

Headstrong pilot Tuck Pendleton is confident that he can fly a plane through just about anything, but he has his work cut out for him when he's used as the subject for a miniaturization experiment. An act of espionage leaves Pendleton without the means to change back to normal size. Attempts to steal Pendleton and his vessel end up with him being injected into the body of a hypochondriac named Jack. He'll need to use his skills as a pilot to navigate Jack's body, while Jack finds himself stuck in a game run by paranoid conspiracies with utterly deadly stakes.
