In the quaint heart of Ireland, a centuries-old castle standing as the lifeblood of the local economy teeters on the brink of repossession. The desperate owner, Peter Plunkett, along with the villagers, hatch a whimsical scheme to transform the castle into a paranormal tourist hotspot, aiming to lure thrill-seeking foreigners with tales of ghostly residents. Their initial attempts, however, are nothing more than a series of laughable blunders. Their first guests, a busload of American tourists, arrive with intentions that extend far beyond mere sightseeing. Among them is a skeptical researcher, determined to unmask the purported haunting as a sham. Additionally, there's the intriguing couple, Jack and Sharon. Sharon's father holds the mortgage on Castle Plunkett, and she hopes to debunk the ghostly tales, while Jack, after a chance encounter with the enchanting specter Mary, yearns for the supernatural to be real. Things take a spine-chilling turn on All Hallow's Eve when the castle's true ethereal inhabitants are unleashed by the disapproving matriarch of the Plunkett family, seeking vengeance on the American interlopers. What was intended as a horror show for the tourists morphs into a real-life spectral encounter. Amidst the spectral chaos, an unexpected phenomenon occurs — personal revelations and transformations among both the living and the dead, leading to the resolution of their individual predicaments. As All Saints Day dawns, the castle witnesses the blossoming of two unlikely romances, including a surreal love story between the 200-year-old ghost, Mary, and the bewitched tourist, Jack.
