Hercules and the Lost Kingdom (1994)

When Hercules is goaded into a confrontation with Gargan, a harmless giant, he swiftly subdues the towering brute, showcasing his extraordinary strength. His journey takes a turn when the last of a group of messengers, systematically hunted by Hera, implores him to end her reign of terror in the enigmatic 'lost city of Troy'. Zeus, Hercules's father, cryptically reveals that the city's location can only be discovered through the 'one true compass', last held by the elusive queen Omphale. In his quest to find the queen, Hercules liberates Deianeira, a young maiden about to be sacrificed to the river god in a desperate bid to terminate a relentless drought. Battling through a gauntlet of formidable guards, Hercules cleverly infiltrates Omphale’s palace by allowing himself to be sold as a slave during the annual market, knowing the queen desires him for her own pleasure. After navigating palace intrigues, Hercules procures the coveted compass from Omphale and embarks on a perilous journey with Deianeira. A monstrous sea creature swallows them, but Hercules prevails. Upon reaching land, they encounter Deianeira's dying father, the ousted king of Troy, who nominates her as the rightful heir to the throne. They rally an army of Trojans to retake the city, only to be met by Hera's formidable forces. As the nefarious leader of Hera's minions prepares to sacrifice Deianeira, Hercules is thrust into the ultimate battle, a test of his strength and heroism.
