Hannibal Rising (2007)

The origin of Hannibal Lecter reveals how the brilliant but psychotic psychiatrist and serial killer first developed his taste for human flesh. In World War II, Hannibal sees his sister and his parents murdered in a horrific fashion. While living with his aunt in France. He's been traumatized by the horrors he's seen in the war, but he finds solace in his plans to get revenge on the Nazis who did this to him. For a while, he bides his time and dives head first into studies, but he's merely patiently waiting the opportunity to unleash his vengeance on the world.
