By almost anyone's contemporaneous, there was no way a young Brandon Burlsworth would ever succeed as an athlete. He was short and portly, but his resolve to play for the Arizona Razorbacks earned him a walk-on in 1994. That's not to say that he endeared himself to everyone immediately. Burlsworth's intense religiosity and puritanical habits made many of his teammates at college uncomfortable with him. But as time went on, his dedication and thoughtfulness would come eto earn the respect of his fellow teammates. But a terrible accident could put an end to Brandon's dreams before they can even start.
