Plot

In the wake of a relentless series of bank heists, the city is gripped by an overwhelming sense of panic. In a bid to restore public confidence and further his own career, the newly appointed chief of police orchestrates an elaborate anti-bank robbery drill, intending to showcase the force's proficiency. His covert weapon for this display is Doman, a well-meaning traffic cop with a penchant for following rules to a fault. Doman is an officer of unwavering principle and innocence, a man more familiar with traffic signals than the turbulent world of crime. Unexpectedly thrust into the role of the bank robber for the police training program, he becomes a pawn in a high-stakes game of perception and public relations. Unbeknownst to the chief, the unsuspecting Doman's commitment to duty knows no bounds, leading him to fully embrace his assignment with a fervor that blurs the line between simulation and reality. As the drill unfolds, the city watches with bated breath, not realizing that the 'robber' they fear is merely a traffic cop in disguise. However, the chief's calculated scheme takes a dramatic turn when Doman's devotion to his role spirals out of control. In an ironic twist, the ordinary traffic cop's commitment to going by the book transforms a simple drill into a high-octane spectacle, proving that even the best-laid plans can sometimes take on a life of their own.
