In the heart of a region suffocated under the merciless rule of Thakur Jaswant Singh, cruelty and oppression are everyday realities for the poor. The Thakur's thirst for their wealth, lust for their women, and insatiable addiction to alcohol know no bounds. Following his father's death, Jaswant's iron-fisted reign intensifies, escalating the burdensome taxes and amplifying the people's suffering.
One fateful day, a minor accident in a palace hallway triggers a chain of events that challenges the Thakur's authority. When Jaswant brutally attacks Ramvati, an elderly woman cleaning the floor, her son Jeeva courageously steps in, immediately landing himself on the Thakur's hit list. The whispers of Jeeva's defiance echo through the village, sparking a wave of conspiracy against him.
Summoned by the council the following day, Jeeva is accused of a heinous crime – the death of a cow. Unable to provide a satisfactory defense, he is ordered to leave his home, facing a brutal beating for his defiance. The tragedy deepens when his mother succumbs to death, igniting a burning desire in Jeeva for retribution.
Fuelled by mourning and a thirst for justice, Jeeva pledges on the sacred waters of the river Ganga to topple Jaswant Singh’s rule. Embracing a life of banditry, he sets his sight on eradicating the Thakur and his henchmen. Unbeknownst to him, this path of vengeance will pit him against the law and the innocent souls of his estranged community, as he fights for the justice his mother never saw.
