Game Over, Man! (2018)

Joel, Alexxx, and Darren have barely been scraping by working in a motel, but they have dreams of publishing their own video game. The three are each developmentally arrested in their own way, but they see the arrival of a popular social media influencer to their town as an opportunity to pitch their game idea and finally live the dream lives they've always wanted. Things take a turn for the unexpected when the venue where he's appearing are captured by terrorists. In the ensuing hostage situation, the boys see an opportunity to prove their heroism and make their game pitch.
