Beneath the vibrant neon glow of New York City, Marc Fury, a lesser-known racketeer, finds himself embroiled in a deal shrouded in darkness and deceit. When notorious gang leader, Joe Farrow, commits an unspeakable crime, Fury steps up to shoulder the blame, his silence secured by Farrow's tempting I.O.U of a cool $50,000.
