In the gritty world of Flower, we meet Erica, a 17-year-old rebel with a penchant for turning the tables on predatory men. Using her sexual prowess as bait, she lures older men into a trap, blackmailing them in an audacious bid to raise funds for her father's jail release. Her life takes an unexpected twist when she crosses paths with Luke, her newly rehab-released stepbrother. Haunted by the specter of sexual assault from his past, Luke is a damaged soul. His assailant, Will Jordan, a former teacher, remains a lurking menace in his life. United by their shared circumstances, Erica and Luke hatch a daring plan to pay back Will for the torment he has unleashed upon Luke. However, their scheme spirals out of control, culminating in a disastrous turn of events - Will's death. Fleeing to the perceived sanctuary of Mexico, the step-siblings' relationship takes another shocking turn.
