Fist of Fury 2 (1977)

In the wake of Chen Zhen's public execution in Shanghai, a ripple of fear seizes the Japanese establishment. They are haunted by the threat of all Chinese martial arts schools rallying against them, spurred by the martyrdom of a kung fu legend. In a desperate bid to suppress this potential rebellion, the Japanese task Miyamoto, the authoritative figure of Hong Ku School, with the mission of overshadowing all Chinese martial art schools, including the formidable Ching Wu School. Miyamoto deploys a group of Japanese enforcers, armed with a translator, and issues an ultimatum to the Ching Wu School, demanding their surrender and departure. When met with defiance, the Japanese forcefully dismantle the school, leaving a trail of battered students and shattered dreams. As these events unfold, a lone Chinese man, visiting Shanghai to pay his respects at Chen Zhen's gravesite, learns of the devastating assault on the Ching Wu School. This man, Chen Shen, also known as Bruce Li, is none other than the late Chen Zhen's brother. He is the only one bold enough to confront the Japanese, a beacon of hope amidst the oppression. Fueled by familial ties and a thirst for justice, Chen Shen swears to avenge his brother's death and dismantle the reign of terror imposed by the Japanese - a journey that promises to be as thrilling as it is perilous.
