Within the cold walls of a local mental asylum, bright psychology student Abby Jones (Christine Evangelista) crosses paths with Harmon (Dominic Purcell), a patient whose danger level is as high as the dread his presence incites. Unaware of the shadow she has stirred within him, Abby retreats to the comfort of her home, seeking solace in an evening of routine studying with her roommates. As the storm clouds gather ominously, Harmon seizes the opportunity to escape, trailing a wake of death and terror behind him. His focus is singular - to find Abby, oblivious of the imminent danger.
