In the shadowy corners of a decaying metropolis, Sean Fallon, a law enforcement officer whose integrity has been tainted by corruption, is thrown into a deadly game of cat and mouse. A series of gruesome rapes and murders, bizarre in their nature, shake the city to its core and Fallon finds himself in the middle of this chilling mystery. To aid in his pursuit of justice, or perhaps vengeance, he forms an unlikely alliance with Chance, the enigmatic leader of the local pimps. As they delve deeper into the city's underbelly, they begin to realize that their adversary might not be of human origin. Fallon, wrestling with his own inner demons, must summon the strength to confront a foe that defies comprehension. In this eerie urban battleground, nothing is what it seems, and the line between man and monster blurs. Will Fallon rise above his corruption to end the nightmarish spree, or will he succumb to the darkness that threatens to consume him?
