In the heartland of America, Dutch Dooley, a blue-collar hero and the new beau of an upper-crust tycoon's ex-wife, embarks on an unexpected odyssey. He volunteers to transport her son from his elite boarding school in Georgia back to their home in Chicago for Thanksgiving. What Dutch anticipates as a simple drive morphs into an adventure filled with colorful escapades and unexpected bonding.
