In the quaint and mystical realm of Halloweentown, Marnie, a charismatic teenage witch, resides with her family of supernatural beings. As the new school year looms on the horizon, Marnie, along with her friends from Halloweentown, yearns for a change of scenery. With the guidance and support of her wise grandmother Aggie, she presents a daring proposal to the Halloweentown Witches' Council— to immerse a group of Halloweentown students in the ordinary bustle of her mortal high school. Her proposition, although ambitious, aims to bridge the divide between Halloweentown and the mortal world, fostering a climate of openness and understanding. The council, swayed by Marnie's passionate plea, grants her request, but not without a stern warning.
