Depositarios (2010)

In a near-future world where science and technology have eradicated all forms of human suffering, negative experiences are outsourced to artificially created surrogate human clones, stored away in vast, sterile vats. The plot unfolds as Detective Mario Cabal, portrayed by Gustavo Sanchez Parra, dives into the investigation of a peculiar case involving a kidnapped surrogate, or "depositario," of a stunningly beautiful young woman, played by Alejandra Ambrosi. The culprit is a rejected ex-lover, brought to life by Cesar Ramos, who has woken up the surrogate in a desperate attempt to reconnect with his lost love.
