In the heart of London, a labyrinth of underground vaults in the London Exchange Bank houses a fortune in untraceable cash, bound for its final destination - incineration. Alex, a cunning strategist, concocts an audacious plan to seize these millions, assembling an eclectic crew of robbers: the fortunate Lucky, the quick-witted Matty, the solid Terry, the hefty Chubby, the unassuming Norman, and the silent Jay.
Under the pretense of being amongst the swarm of England fans travelling to the World Cup Tournament in Germany, they establish their alibi. Rather than proceeding to the Departure Lounge, they deviate towards the car park, pile into a van and make a beeline for the heart of London. With breathtaking audacity, they ram raid the London Exchange Bank, effectively sealing off any escape routes for those trapped within.
However, their meticulously crafted plan is thrown into disarray from the onset, leaving them to grapple with far more than just a bank heist. In the ensuing chaos, they find themselves responsible for twenty hostages, while the relentless Police lay siege to the bank. With the ticking clock of their flight departure looming in two and a half hours, and the tantalizing prospect of seventy million pounds in hard cash at stake, they face a Herculean task, a challenge that would even daunt the most experienced of crooks!
