Cyrano de Bergerac is dashing and romantic, but he hates his large nose. Cyrano is in love with his beautiful cousin Roxane, but fears that she won’t accept him due to his appearance. In order to express his love to her, he writes love letters to her and signs them with another man’s name. But Roxane doesn’t realize she’s fallen for Cyrano’s words, and marries the man whose name Cyrano has signed.
