Imprisoned artist Jack Deebs seeks solace within the drawings of "Cool World", a vibrant, animated realm of his creation, home to the alluring cartoon seductress, Holli Would. However, Jack's refuge turns into a captivating entrapment when the curvaceous Holli pulls him into Cool World, with a sultry plot to breathe life into her inked existence. The only other human in this fantastical realm, a grizzled detective, imparts a stern rule to Jack - Noids (humans) must never succumb to the carnal desires of doodles (cartoons). Yet, the siren call of the flesh proves stronger than the permanence of ink, leading Holli to materialize in the neon glow of Las Vegas, sparking a cross-dimensional chase that teeters on the brink of both worlds' annihilation.
