In the bustling metropolis of Milan, Mario Cavallaro is a creature of habit. He wakes to the same four walls, in the same neighborhood, in the same city, every day. Now in his fiftieth year, Mario cherishes order, precision, punctuality, and decorum. His world revolves around his inherited sock shop, and his treasured balcony vegetable garden, his only known passion. However, Mario's life is thrown into chaos when his favorite coffee shop is sold to an Egyptian, and a Senegalese sock seller named Oba sets up shop in front of his store.
Mario's solution to restore order is as straightforward as it is audacious: he decides to kidnap Oba and return him to Senegal, one way. In his mind, all migration issues could be solved with a simple GPS navigation. But this daring plan takes a complex turn when Oba consents to his "deportation" on one condition - Mario must also take Oba's sister, Dalida, with them.
Embarking on a paradoxical road trip that defies expectations, will Mario's journey result in a calamitous predicament or could this unlikely trio discover an unanticipated harmony?
