Plot

In the pulsating heart of Bombay, a formidable criminal empire thrives under the iron-fisted rule of underworld Don, Aslam Bhai (Madan Joshi). Among his trusted lieutenants are the cunning Mallik (Ajay Devgan) and the fiery Chandrakant, known as Chandu (Vivek Oberoi). As Aslam's reign begins to wane, Mallik and Chandu seize their opportunity, overthrowing their mentor and assuming control of the sprawling underworld kingdom. With the winds of change sweeping across the city, they seek to legitimize their illicit empire, rebranding it as the "Company". However, as the Company grows in power and influence, a simmering tension begins to brew between the two leaders. Chandu, the passionate firebrand, finds himself at odds with Mallik's cold, methodical approach to running the empire. This discord spirals into a whirlwind of misunderstandings, gradually eroding the once-solid friendship between the two. The ground shifts beneath Chandu's feet, his influence wanes, and he is compelled to take drastic action to restore the balance. In a bold move, Chandu breaks away from the Company, triggering a violent gang war that splits the underworld in two. Loyalties are tested as the foot soldiers are forced to choose between Chandu's emotional charisma and Mallik's strategic ruthlessness. As Mallik's faction begins to gain the upper hand, Chandu stands at a crossroads. He must choose between reconciling with Mallik or embarking on a treacherous journey towards righteousness. The city waits with bated breath, as the fate of the 'Company' hangs in the balance.
