Collateral Damage (2002)

This is the story of a firefighter determined to bring the perpetrator of a terrorist attack that killed his wife and son to justice. The official investigation seems to be getting nowhere, so he takes it into his own hands. He discovers the name of the lead terrorist and goes after him to Colombia only to see how powerful the terrorists are in Colombia and that he has to deal with many more than he thought. He begins to realize that it won’t be easy to kill the leader without hurting innocent people. This creates the dilemma between serving justice and becoming a terrorist.
