In the exotic waters from Hong Kong to Singapore, the charismatic Captain Alan Gaskell navigates not only his ship but also the tumultuous tides of love and intrigue. Torn between his past and future, Gaskell attempts to abandon his boisterous, liquor-soaked lifestyle when he rekindles an old flame with the sophisticated English lady, Sybil Barclay.
