Chance Pe Dance (2010)

In the bustling heart of Delhi, Mrs. Behl nourishes a dream for her son, Sameer - a vision of him basking in the limelight as a Bollywood superstar. This maternal aspiration, at odds with the pragmatism of her husband, sparks the flame of ambition in Sameer. Following his mother's untimely demise, he packs his dreams and heads to the city of stars, Mumbai. Amidst the cut-throat competition, Sameer auditions relentlessly, teetering on the brink of success, only to have his dreams dashed at the eleventh hour. His day job as a courier barely keeps him afloat, and he soon finds himself without a roof over his head, evicted by his unsympathetic landlord. Undeterred, he reinvents himself as a dance teacher at the local high school, using the school's facilities as his makeshift home and his car as his bedroom. Sameer's life takes a turn for the better with the entry of the enchanting choreographer, Tina Sharma. Their romance blossoms amidst dance routines and shared dreams. His big break seems imminent when he catches the eye of Rajeev Sharma, a renowned film director. But instead of a guaranteed role, he's thrown into a national contest, a new hurdle on his path to stardom. Disillusioned and heartbroken, Sameer contemplates giving up. Tina, however, becomes his beacon of hope, urging him to dance towards his destiny. But when a tragic news about his father reaches him, Sameer is torn between his familial responsibilities and the lure of his dreams. The stage is set for a dramatic climax - will Sameer return home, leaving his aspirations unfulfilled, or will he dance his way into the heart of Bollywood, realizing his late mother's dream?
