Recently returned from active duty, Special Operative James Webster, portrayed by the formidable Michael Jai White of "Blood and Bone" and "The Dark Knight", is thrust into a chilling nightmare when he becomes an unwilling witness to his brother's savage murder. Consumed by a thirst for retribution, Webster embarks on a relentless pursuit of the killers, only to find himself ensnared in a labyrinth of deceit and death that reaches into the highest echelons of the US Government. As he pierces deeper into this shadowy world, he becomes the heart of a lethal conspiracy that threatens to engulf him.
