Plot

In the sun-drenched days of summer break, a group of eager students find themselves immersed in the world of linguistics at an academic camp based at their university. Among the camp's leaders is Jaroslaw, a young professor with an unconventional teaching style, favoring personal connections and open dialogue over rigid academia. His liberal approach, however, clashes with Jakub, a manipulative counterpart who thrives on control. The tension escalates when Jaroslaw allows a nonconformist student to partake in a seminar, challenging the orthodox ideologies. Despite the palpable disapproval, the unconventional thought process intrigues the camp, casting a ripple through the academic waters. As the summer draws to a close, a mediocre paper is awarded the jury prize, yet the provocative school of thought still earns a commendation, further stoking the embers of conflict. The arrival of the deputy rector for the closing ceremonies throws fuel on the fire, his disdain for the awarded line of thought causing tensions to soar. Drama erupts when the controversial student, in an act of defiance, bites the rector's ear during the recommendation presentation. The simmering confrontation boils over into a scandal, forcing the police to intervene, and forever marking this summer as one of intellectual rebellion and unforgettable confrontations.
