As the dewy dawn of spring's inaugural day breaks, the Hilton family finds themselves ensnared in a web of unexpected passions and predicaments. The patriarch, a diligent accountant, is caught in the enchanting gaze of a seductive actress whose taxes he is meticulously untangling. His usual stoic professionalism is swept away in the whimsical whirlwind of her charm, rendering him incapable of his usual labor. Amidst all this turmoil, the youngest Hilton daughter finds solace in her peculiar teenage reveries, losing herself in daydreams about the enigmatic Dante Gabriel Rossetti.
