In the heart of the US Army, Colonel James E. Devers of the 36th Division finds himself at the crossroads of tradition and progress. He is tasked by higher command to steer the cavalry away from horses and towards the rumble of motorcycles. However, Devers' men find themselves outmatched on two wheels by a group of unruly bikers, led by the audacious Grady Westfall.
