Blood Dolls (1999)

In the gilded seclusion of his mansion, the affluent yet soulless Virgil Travis exists not lives, attended to by his diminutive butler and unhinged right-hand man. His childhood was a twisted tapestry of torment and disfigurement, inflicted by a woman who subjected him to grotesque body modifications, leaving him with an unusually large head. Virgil revels in the anguish, humiliation, and demise of others, his sadistic urges satiated by a kidnapped female rock band he holds captive in his home's underbelly, providing his insatiable need for twisted entertainment. Yet, the hollow void within him yearns for more. In his quest to eradicate this emptiness, Virgil creates a trio of grotesque, living dolls, designed to embark on a murderous spree against anyone who has ever crossed him. But in this dance of death and depravity, Virgil encounters something he didn't foresee: a woman. A woman more malevolent and warped than he, who introduces him to the unfamiliar realms of rivalry and romance. Will the master of manipulation find his equal, or perhaps even more, in this embodiment of evil? The game has just begun.
