In the quaint hamlet of Budbuda, Uttar Pradesh, resides a humble barber - Billu Vilas Pardesi. His life is a constant struggle to make ends meet, with his caring wife Bindiya managing their meager household and their children, Gunja and Ronak, teetering on the edge of expulsion from the local school due to unpaid fees.
