Plot

In the breathless blink between past and future, New York advertising whizz Jim Ferguson finds his life inexplicably intertwined with that of audacious British World War I fighter pilot, James "Biggles" Bigglesworth. One moment, Jim is schmoozing at a corporate soiree, the next he's spiralling through the clouds in a 1917 biplane, flung into the throes of a brutal aerial battle. This bewildering journey through time is orchestrated by the enigmatic Mr. Raymond, who reveals the uncanny bond between Jim and his time-twin Biggles, a connection that transcends space and epoch. This companionship through time is far from a mere existential curiosity. It's a perilous obligation that draws Jim into Biggles' daring mission against a formidable German super weapon, a destructive force that threatens to skew the outcome of the Great War in favour of the enemy. Caught in a temporal tug-of-war, Jim must balance his bewildering double life, with every sudden disappearance from his modern world and his fiancée, Debbie, becoming more difficult to explain. From the corporate boardrooms of 1980s Manhattan to the smoke-ridden skies of 1917 Europe, Biggles and Jim must navigate their shared destiny, unravel the threads of their connection, and thwart a devastating historical catastrophe. Their journey weaves a tapestry of thrilling escapades, a testament to courage and companionship that bends the very fabric of time.
