Plot

Along the tranquil French seaside, Zorg, a devoted handyman, can be found silently tending to wooden bungalows, his hands as skilled in craftsmanship as they are in penning clandestine narratives. Life for Zorg is a symphony of simplicity until the day he crosses paths with Betty, a woman whose beauty is as breathtaking as her spirit is volatile. Their love story unfolds against the backdrop of bungalow-lined beaches until a clash with Zorg's employer sends them searching for sanctuary. They find it in the home of Betty's friend, nestled in the heart of an Italian restaurant that provides them with more than just a livelihood. Betty, fiercely protective and passionate about Zorg's concealed writing talent, embarks on a mission to have his work recognized. But when rejection letters start to pile up, they trigger a tempest within Betty. Her once endearing wildness spirals into an uncontrollable fury, leaving Zorg grappling with the alarming transformation of his beloved. As Betty's sanity teeters on the precipice, Zorg is thrust into a dilemma. Will his deep-seated love for her withstand the storm, even if it means bracing for the worst? This poignant narrative explores the depths of human love in the face of escalating insanity.
