Plot

On a seemingly ordinary journey through the stark Mojave Desert, en route to a wedding in the city of dreams, Los Angeles, a sudden twist of fate forces Paul and his girlfriend Adrienne off the beaten path. Their car accident, an unwelcome detour, lands them in the eerie embrace of Roy's Motel and Cafe, a place where the mundane melts into the surreal. The motel, a relic from a forgotten era, is run by a mysterious man named Frank, whose unsettling charm is almost as intriguing as the eclectic mix of travellers seeking solace within the motel's worn-out walls. As the night unfurls, Paul finds himself wrestling with a secret he hesitates to share with Adrienne, a confession that gnaws at him within the shadowy confines of their temporary refuge. Meanwhile, Frank's wife, Sandy, harbors a past as hidden and twisted as the desert roads they've traversed, a past that threatens to spill into the present, stirring the already tumultuous atmosphere. The motel's strange aura amplifies as the hours tick by, blurring the lines of reality and forcing Paul and Adrienne to confront the secret lying in wait between them. As the night stretches into an unsettling tableau of surreal occurrences, a stranger emerges from the shadows, offering Paul a chance to unearth the truth. Now, Paul must make a choice - a choice that could change everything. "Beneath the Dark" is a captivating journey into the uncharted territories of secrets, truth, and the human psyche, where every twist and turn could hold the power to alter lives forever.
